  • Raigadkarfoods – Customer application for browsing restaurants, placing food orders, making payments, and tracking deliveries.
  • Partner Raigadkarfoods – Restaurant partner application for managing menus, inventory, and customer orders.
  • Delivery Raigadkarfoods – Delivery partner application for receiving delivery assignments, navigating to customer locations, and completing deliveries.

By downloading, accessing, or using any of these applications, You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.


1. Use of the Service

Raigadkarfoods allows customers to browse restaurants, menus, and food items without creating an account or logging in. However, an account may be required to place orders, save delivery addresses, access order history, make online payments, and use personalized features.

Restaurant partners must register their business through Partner Raigadkarfoods. Access to the application is granted only after successful verification and approval by the Company.

Delivery partners must complete the required registration and verification process before using Delivery Raigadkarfoods and accepting delivery assignments.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.


2. User Accounts

When creating an account, You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Keep Your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activities performed under Your account.
  • Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account.
  • Update Your account information whenever necessary.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.


3. Restaurant Partner Accounts

Restaurant partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information.
  • Submit valid business documents when requested.
  • Maintain accurate menus, pricing, and inventory.
  • Accept or reject customer orders promptly.
  • Prepare food in accordance with applicable food safety standards.
  • Update order status accurately.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate restaurant partner accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.


4. Delivery Partner Accounts

Delivery partners agree to:

  • Complete the required verification process.
  • Maintain accurate profile information.
  • Accept assigned deliveries responsibly.
  • Deliver orders safely and within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Update delivery status accurately.
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.

Delivery partners are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, or documents required by applicable law.


5. Orders

All customer orders are subject to restaurant acceptance and product availability.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation or modification may not always be possible depending on the preparation or delivery status.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to restaurant operations, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Restaurants are solely responsible for food preparation, quality, pricing, ingredients, and product availability.


6. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed within the application are determined by the respective restaurant partners.

Additional delivery charges, taxes, convenience fees, or platform fees may apply depending on the order.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment service providers.

The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors before processing any order.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status and the circumstances of each case.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the policies of the applicable payment provider.

The Company reserves the right to determine refund eligibility where permitted by applicable law.


8. User Responsibilities

You agree that You will not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or Company systems.

Raigadkarfoods operates as a technology platform connecting customers, restaurant partners, and delivery partners.

While We strive to provide reliable services, We are not responsible for:

  • Restaurant delays.
  • Food quality or preparation.
  • Product availability.
  • Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • Technical interruptions beyond Our reasonable control.
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by users.

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect, use, store, and protect Your Personal Data.
